Review: Neutrogena Deep Clean Mask

On my most recent impulsive buy at Ulta I picked up a 5 pack of trial size products. The first one that I decided to try was the Neutrogena Deep Clean Mask. Prior to using the mask my skin was in pretty good shape. Fairly hydrated and clear.

After cleansing my face with my Clinique mild facial soap I applied the mask to dry skin. the container said one application but if would have played my cards right it could have been two. The consistency is thick like a mud mask and it tingles a bit. I let it sit for about 10 minutes then I hopped in the shower. I rinsed it off about 5 minutes into my shower. I noticed that the mask was not dry but absorbing the steam from the shower. Not sure if this changed the way the masked worked, but I was satisfied with the result.my skin felt clena but not overly dry which is always a plus. I would use this mask again. Not my favorite but I enjoyed the cleansing it gave my skin.
